Why you'd want to live in Rancho El Dorado
If you turn left at the first light as you come into Maricopa, heading South on Highway 347, you’ll enter the community of Rancho El Dorado. Towering palm trees line the street to Rancho El Dorado Parkway, which connects and loops the entire subdivision. Rancho El Dorado is home the Duke Golf Course, an 18 hole public golf course, and the Silver Spur Restaurant which serves a fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a full bar available. While many homes line the fairways and greens, a golf course membership is not included in the Homeowners Association but memberships are available to purchase. The subdivision is home to Pima Butte Elementary School on the North and Santa Rosa Elementary to the South. For more information on the schools please visit the Maricopa Unified School District website at www.musd20.org. Meritage Homes is the only active home builder, occupying Phase III of Rancho El Dorado in the Lakes. You'll find a few water lots left to choose from in this section of Rancho, as well as affordable new homes from the mid-100s.
